Wedding Bells Are Here Again

No, I’m not getting married… all of you ladies can relax.

I just wanted to give a hearty congratulations to my friends Paul and Amy, who just got engaged (though not to each other). Best wishes to both of them, and their respective partners in future matrimonial bliss.

What is it with spring, and couples getting engaged. It’s not even April, and I already know 3 couples who are engaged. Must be all of that warm air, thawing the blood from winter’s chill; the heart starts beating a little faster; the days get a little brighter and warmer… and those pesky birds and bees start buzzing around. Must be one of the great mysteries of life.
