According to MonkeyPeaches, the extended version of Hero has been pushed back again, this time to July. The scenes that will be added back in include additional subplots, dialog, and fights (yay!). Director Zhang Yimou cut about 20 minutes from the film at Miramax’s behest, so the extended version is actually the director’s cut.
