It’s official: my two new favorite music blogs are Boring Machines Disturbs Sleep — which focuses on all sorts of delightful music coming out of the U.K. — and the saucily-titled Robosexual — which is just all about the post-rock, and then some.

Explosions In The Sky’s new album, All Of A Sudden I Miss Everyone, is due out February 20, and there’s a track on Temporary Residence’s website to pique your curiosity. In related news, Explosions… will be playing at Omaha’s Sokol Underground with labelmates Eluvium on March 30th.

Looking for some good, swirly shoegazer sounds to go with all of that swirling January snow? Might I suggest The Black Watch?
