Cool and Not So Cool

First the good news… a bunch of new goodies from Ninja Tune for your listening enjoyment.

Now the bad news… in yet another move to combat online file-sharing and peer-to-peer networks like Kazaa, the music industry is pushing for legislation that will allow them to hack into file-sharing networks and disable them. That’s right… hack. They want the right to damage computers and commit other illegal acts (such as DoS attacks) to protect their material, in the name of “art.” And we, the consumers, will have limited legal means to combat them.

All in the name of “art.”
