After recently introducing our kids to the classic film trilogy, I’ve been thinking about it ever since.

Also: Cuba’s Netflix, pre-Tolkien fantasy epics, anime samurai apologetics, and conservatives vs. Julius Caesar.

Why would Tolkien not take a more overtly religious slant in his novels.

It’s a powerful movie that made me richer for having seen it.
