What a Tangled Web We Weave

Given the sorry state of Hollywood these days, is it any wonder that studios have resorted to making up critics to write good reviews for them? It’s safe to assume that those little quotes you read in movie ads are taken a million miles out of context, but this is ridiculous.

Personally, I’m going to take this as a good sign, despite the dishonesty involved. Maybe big studios are starting to realize that they aren’t making good movies, and they’re trying to cover up that fact. Of course, that doesn’t mean we’ll be seeing the end of crappy movies anytime soon, but one should always try to find the silver lining.

Now, if the recording industry would have a similar revelation. Lord knows they could use it even more.
