TIFF 2009 Gala Titles, Round 1
The first batch of gala titles have been announced for this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, and there are some doozies in there. Specifically:
- The Informant! (Steven Soderbergh, USA)
- The Invention of Lying (Ricky Gervais and Matthew Robinson, USA)
- Mother (Bong Joon-ho, South Korea)
- Valhalla Rising (Nicolas Winding Refn, Denmark/United Kingdom)
- Vengeance (Johnnie To, Hong Kong/France)
