The Twilight Singers vs. Gnarls Barkley

I’ll admit, I’m a little late to the party with Gnarls Barkley, but St. Elsewhere has been in near-constant rotation since I picked it up. It’s a little spotty in places, but I can’t think of a record I’ve just enjoyed in recent months more than this one. However, that’s all beside the point. Rather, give this Twilight Singers’ cover of “Crazy” a spin or two. Dulli and Co.‘s take on the song is quite solid — familiar enough so that it doesn’t totally deconstruct the original’s charm, but still with a vibe all its own.
