The Sound Gallery’s Umbra

Umbra is the third release from Herb Grimaud Jr.‘s The Sound Gallery, and was finally released just a few weeks ago. You can listen to the title track on the project’s MySpace page, which shows an obvious love for darker-than-dark ambient à la Lustmord. You know, the kind of ambience that makes you think of interstellar voids, black holes, and other dread-inducing celestial phenomena.
