Sounds of Silence

Anyone who is interested in the whole topic of digital music should check out Wired (or picked up the latest issue). There’s an excellent series of articles, including an interesting interview with Hilary Rosen and an article titled “The Year The Music Dies” that goes a long way in looking at the music industry’s current state. It might be somewhat sensationalistic, with quotes like “This year could determine whether the music business as we know it survives,” but still raises some extremely cognizant points.
