Something of a Weekend

It was great to hang out with Liz and the rest of the Omaha crew while she was back in town. Yesterday, we all took advantage of the lovely spring weather and added another steak n’ beer night to rolls.

I finally got around to picking up the new Ester Drang CD (yeah, I know, I’m late to the party) and it is simply incredible. Right now, I think that “Oceans of You” is the best song I’ve heard all year, and it’s certainly one I needed to hear right now.

The new Polmo Popo, Lowlights, and Molasses albums are quite nice as well.

I keep forgetting how good What’s So Amazing About Grace is… until I start reading it, that is.
