Shaun Inman presents Fever

Fever is a new RSS feed reader by Shaun Inman that works by picking out the most talked about links in your newsfeeds. Which doesn’t sound all that cool — until you watch the demo video, that is. If nothing else, it’s a beautifully designed application. But then again, I would expect nothing less from Inman.

What if, instead of mentally processing hundreds of headlines your feed reader did that heavy — we’re talking pre-coffee — lifting and just told you what everyone was collectively talking about? And what if it weighted those “hot” topics and aggregated the ensuing discussions in your feeds together?
