“Repeaterbeater” by Mew

Earlier in the week, some co-workers and I were chatting about the year so far in music, and I mentioned that I was really excited for Mew’s No More Stories Are Told Today I’m Sorry They Washed Away No More Stories the World Is Grey I’m Tired Let’s Wash Away, which is to be released August 25. Mew has already unveiled one track from the album (“Introducing Palace Players”), and now they’ve released the album’s first single — titled “Repeaterbeater” — and it’s good. Short, but good.
