The music of Rasdyer was initially described to me as “Josh T. Pearson meets Vashti Banyan.” Which seems like a pretty heady concoction, if you ask me. All in all, lovely acoustic folk music with intriguing and disturbing lyrics delivered by a captivating female voice. “Deadmeat” reminds me of the late, great Lucid.
