Pure Bathing Culture Announce New Album, Upcoming Tour

Their lush, atmospheric music is still as evocative as ever, even in this short video preview of “Pray For Rain.”
Pure Bathing Culture (2015)

Pure Bathing Culture, a dreampop band centered around the duo of Sarah Versprille (vocals, keys) and Daniel Hindman (guitars, vocals), have announced their new album, Pray For Rain, with a short teaser video. The band has been demoing new songs — including “The Tower,” which can be heard in the video — for awhile now, and their lush, atmospheric music is still as evocative as ever, even in this short dose.

No release date has been set for the album, which will be released on Partisan Records, but the band has announced fall tour dates, including a show at Omaha’s Reverb Lounge on November 9. I missed them the last time they came through Nebraska, a mistake I don’t intend to repeat.
