Off the Couch

Whew… I recently got inundated with anime DVDs (not a bad predicament, mind you), so I’ve done little else this weekend but occupy the couch and fill my mind with the likes of His and Her Circumstances, RahXephon, and Witch Hunter Robin. Oh yeah, and I went to a wedding (congratulations to Jenni and Ryan).

Expect reviews of a couple of these by week’s end. I’m still processing RahXephon (after watching all 26 episodes in 2 days), deciding just what I think about it. I went through a similar process with Evangelion, and believe me, that’s more than just coincidence, as the two series share more than a few similarities.
