Or rather, listen to the title track from My Grandfather, The Cubist, the upcoming full-length from Joy Electric. I’m digging the track: it reminds me of the bloopier, more playful sounds of Melody (Joy Electric’s debut), only more refined and elegant, with that undercurrent of melancholy one has come to expect from Ronnie Martin.
