Kenshin

I just finished watching Volume 2 of Rurouni Kenshin and it’s official… I love this series. Previously, I’d only seen the much darker, more serious OVAs, such as Reflection, so it’s interesting to see the characters in more lighthearted, humorous situations. Of course, there’s still plenty of drama and sword fighting to be had, and it’s all a madcap mix of the two extremes, but I’m really enjoying it so far.

I also took in the Korean romance/drama Ditto and hope to have a review of it up sometime soon. I’m finishing up another batch of reviews, so hopefully those will be making it to the site this weekend. The update will also include Opus’ 200th movie review, so that’ll be exciting.
