Remember Mortal? They were one of the first “Christian” groups I ever got into. Their music was deeply spiritual, but never fell into any of the cliches that I had attributed to Christian music for so long. Then they broke up and reformed as Fold Zandura, another noteworthy band. Now, after a period of silence, it looks like Mortal is back, and on Tooth & Nail Records, to boot.

And speaking of the Tooth, new releases from Fine China and Havalina are on the way. Can’t wait…
