Grappling with Time in a Fallen World
I love everything about K. B. Hoyle’s recent piece concerning the passage of time, from the C. S. Lewis and Stranger Things references to her description of recently revisiting her old summer camp. The feelings she describes — “I grieved what I could never fully recapture, even as I felt the joy of return” — uncannily mirrors how I felt returning to the Cornerstone Festival back in 2007.
