“Entering the Forest” by Irezumi

It’s been a few years since I’ve checked in with the Paris-based ambient musician who goes by Irezumi. His latest single, titled “Entering the Forest,” is a beguiling composition filled with chiming, ethereal tones and lush arrangements that make you feel like you’re passing through a portal into a magical other-world. Irezumi describes the song as “an introduction to the ‘Forest,’ ” which hopefully means that there’s more where this came from.
