Sigur Rós may be releasing a new album later this year.

Looks like yet another blogging platform is entering the fray. Habari is an open source CMS being developed by several folks who have been instrumental in the development of WordPress. Blogging Pro has more info.

In other DVD-related news, Lee Sang-il’s Hula Girls — one of my favorite films from last year’s TIFF (my review) — will be released on DVD in March. The DVD will be Region 2, so you’ll need an all-region player. Once again, Twitch has the 411.

Citizen Dog — Wisit Sasanatieng’s follow-up to the psychedelic Tears of the Black Tiger — is finally available on DVD after 3 years. Twitch has the lowdown and YouTube has the trailer.

The aptly-titled Our Sleepless Forest — their lush, ambient music does indeed call to mind a haunted woodland — will be releasing their debut album on Type Records later this year. Via

Is it wrong that the trailer for Blades Of Glory — the new ice-skating comedy starring Will Ferrell and Jon Heder — has me tearing up from laughter every time I see it?
