I need to start saving my shekels now, because November 18 is going to be one heckuva purchase day.

For starters, that’s when the Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Special Extended Edition comes out in all of its 4-disc glory! Just this description alone of what awaits us makes me all giggly and squishy inside. And as if one boxset wasn’t enough, the Rurouni Kenshin: Wandering Samurai set also comes out, featuring all 24 episodes of the first season in an ultra-cool collector’s “bento box”. And finally, the first volume of Last Exile comes out. I’ve seen a few fansubbed episodes of the series, which immediately captivated me, and I can’t wait to get the “proper” release.
